We generally go on the Thursday evening (night before Good Friday) and return Easter Monday in the late afternoon/early evening. Easter moves about a bit so sometimes it can be cold and other times we have been in shorts and tshirts the whole weekend.
We have a couple of favorite venues for easter:
Docklands Scout Project - a 150foot long Dutch Pilot Boat moored in the East end of London, with water activities in the Docklands, The River Thames and trips into London for the afternoon there is a lot going on in 4 days
Lymington - Using 9th Lymingtons HQ, which is Situated right in the Marina (in the New Forest), we are able to use their boats as well as our own, we can sail dinghies, drive powerboats and even Yachts. We can sleep in the rooms in the HQ or camp in their private campsite.
